Hi, I'm Morgan!

I'm not a therapist. I don't have a PhD. I don't have it all figured out and I'm not going to pretend I do.

What I have is a decade of doing this work on myself, in the dark, before anyone was watching. And a front row seat to what happens when people finally stop running from their shadows and turn around to face them.

I'm the billboard. The proof of concept. The person who built the map because I spent years lost without one.

Here's the short version of the long story:

In 2008 I was 22 years old and survived a terrorist attack in Mumbai. I came home with PTSD, survivor's guilt, and a version of myself I'd never met before. Someone brave and primal and completely unrecognizable to the people-pleasing girl I thought I was. Instead of getting to know her, I did what most of us do. I spiritualized it, called it my awakening, built a whole platform teaching healing while quietly avoiding my own, and felt like a complete imposter for a decade.

Then the ten-year anniversary hit and the floor gave out. I collapsed to my knees sobbing and something cracked open that I'd been white-knuckling shut since Mumbai. That was my real awakening. Not the terrorist attack. The moment I finally stopped running from what it left inside me.

Then life decided once wasn't enough.

From 2022 to 2024 I buried four family members in eighteen months. I watched my dad die from pancreatic cancer on December 26th. My husband went to rehab. My body started keeping score while I was busy keeping it together. I was running a company on fumes and sheer stubbornness while quietly falling apart from the inside out.

In April 2026, I burned it all down, quit my full-time job, finished my book, and went all in on sharing shadow work from a place of light.

And I came out the other side with shimmery skin and a framework.

Not because I'm special. Because I finally learned to stop white-knuckling my darkness and start dancing with it instead. Every single thing inside AFTERGLOW I lived for years before I ever taught it. This isn't a textbook. It's a map I made in the underworld.

I've led thousands of people through their own darkness over the past six years. I know what's waiting on the other side because I've been there and I'm still here, in the afterglow, sending you this postcard.
