I didn’t create Love, Light, and Black Holes™ because I had it all figured out. I created it because I didn’t.

For years, I tried to play the game of “good vibes only.” Love-and-light spirituality told me to bypass my grief, my rage, my shadow — to keep it pretty, palatable, and Instagram-approved. But every time life cracked me open, every time I was plunged into darkness, I realized something:

The light didn’t live in spite of my darkness.
It lived because of it.

So when I got my first job writing in 2015 (after burning down my career in fashion) I started using "love, light, and infinite darkness" as a sign off for all my published pieces. That eventually evolved into "love, light, and black holes" and has been on my lips, in my book, and spoken at the end of all my lives classes since 2017.

Love, Light, and Black Holes exists because I believe your contradictions are your compass. Your grief, your desire, your chaos, your shine ... it all belongs. And when you learn to dance with it, you don’t just survive, you expand.

Through heartbreak, loss, shadow work, and magic, I came face to face with the truth: wholeness isn’t found in avoiding the void. It’s found in dancing with it.

This podcast and community is my rebellion against spiritual band-aids, avoidance of the dark, and bypassing. It’s a space where the mess is sacred, the magic is real, and your contradictions are not flaws ... they are your power.

Love, Light, and Black Holes is not just a name. It’s a map. A manifesto. A mirror. A motto turned movement.

It’s how I live, how I teach, and how I invite you to step fully into your disco ball soul — fractured, brilliant, and infinitely whole.

I created this space because I needed it. "Create what you seek" has been a beacon in my life and this is coming straight from my soul to yours. I am so happy you're careening through the universe on this spinning rock with me.

About the Founder

Morgan Garza

I’m Morgan Garza. Author, entrepreneur, and cosmic truth-teller. But titles only scratch the surface of my multi-faceted soul. At my core, I’m a shadow-walker and soul-speaker who refuses to settle for surface-level spirituality.

I’ve lived the paradox: the deep grief of losing my father, the wild liberation of surviving a terrorist attack in India, the rebirth that comes from dismantling everything I thought I knew. I’ve learned firsthand that darkness isn’t the opposite of light, it’s the doorway to it.

Since 2017, I’ve been building communities and have guided thousands of seekers through transformation back to their magic. Helping people reclaim their stories, integrate their shadows, and step fully into their power is truly my passion in life.

What started as a personal quest became a collective movement, and over the years my work has rippled out across the globe.

Through my book, podcast, communities, events, and courses, I’ve created spaces where raw truth and radical magic collide.
