Why I made this

There was a time I was effortlessly magnetic. Things fell in my lap, I'd manifest with one thought, and the universe kept conspiring in my favor.
Then a whole bunch of shit happened and I lost access to that power. I got so clogged with trauma, past pain, worry, and shame that I struggled to manifest a rockstar parking spot, let alone the big dreams I had.
I didn't get it back by holding on tighter. I got it back by going all the way down, stripping off every identity I'd built around the pain, and finding out what was actually still mine underneath it.
That's the exact structure I built into this meditation. Not a shortcut around your shadow. A real descent, a real stripping away, and a real rise back up holding everything you thought you'd lost.
